how does beta testing work?

01

WE SEE WHAT YOU NEED

You receive a survey via email that asks you a few questions about who you are, where you are on your journey and what your biggest challenges are so that we can be confident that we are solving the right problems for you.

02

YOU GET ACCESS TO OUR FULL SET OF TOOLS

You'll receive an invitation to create a username and password to our Premium Tools. Once your account has been set up, you'll receive a Welcome email from us that will suggest the right Ignitzee tools for you.

03

WE ASK FOR FEEDBACK

You will receive a series of feedback surveys at key points in your Ignitzee journey. Each is designed to take no longer than five minutes to complete. We also encourage you to share feedback via the Ignitzee VIP

04

WE MAKE IT RIGHT

If a specific tool does not do what you need, let us know. We offer free online support so that you can get to where you need to be and we learn what we need to do better.

Quality in a service or product is not what you put into it. It is what the client or customer gets out of it.
